I had a great experience with Dr Phil Batty. He went out of his way to make me feel relaxed and cared for. He really listened to me to get a clear understanding of my situation, and went out of his way to give practical help and advice, even to the point of demonstrating exercises and fashioning a temporary aid for my recovery himself, by hand. He is friendly, but with a professional air that totally instills confidence. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Dr Batty listened to the issues I have with both my knee and my foot and followed this up with an examination of the areas in question. He then provided clear and straightforward advice as to the way forward in terms of rehabilitation and improvement in my mobility. By the time I had returned home I had received a letter from him via email clearly setting out his diagnosis and prognosis. He was attentive and engaged at all times during our consultation and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to other patients.
